Basketball

enjoying basketball for only an hour. You can reduce one pound of fat by
dropping 3,500 calorie more than you consume. 

Swimming

While all forms of diving are fantastic for weight-loss (and easy on the
joints) it has been proven that the butterfly stroke is the most beneficial

in an hour.

Cross Nation Skiing

In the mood to get some exercise at a high altitude? Well, cross-country

cheap, eh?

Boxing

Running


Save the best for last, right? While some people do not look at running
in the same light as basketball, it can actually be the most effecient sport
with regards to dropping calories. If you are able to run for an
hour at a 6-minute mile pace (a very difficult task) you will get rid
of about 1,400 calorie consumption hourly. If a 6-minute mile pace 
seems  impractical for you, do not worry- operating for an time at an 8-
minute mile pace burns over 1,150 calorie consumption hourly.
